With firsthand experience working within municipalities, we understand the challenges, including limited capacity, leadership turnover, and the weight of culture that can be hard to shift. Our work isn’t about pointing fingers; it’s about stepping in to help. We created Hawken Consulting Group to partner with organizations ready for change, public and private, and bring fresh, practical innovation to sectors that too often feel stuck. Our goal is simple: to support more communities, create real impact that’s usable and meaningful to the end user, not a cookie-cutter solution, and step in to fill capacity gaps when internal resources are limited.
